Serving as Henderson's "home town course", Black Mountain is known for it's great playing conditions and friendly, personable service. Playing close to 6,600 yards, you think you're going to eat it up. But O.B. stakes and large trees make a straight driver essential for aggressive short-iron approach shots. The Founders Nine starts off with one of the toughest three-hole stretches in town, Black Mountain's version of "Amen Corner," before culminating with a great scoring opportunity, the 482-yard par-5 18th.
